Until today I didnot know I could write a review on Te 'ora so this review is a little late. I had an absolute great week at Te'ora in March 2006. The owner, Sharon, is a very friendly person who even invited me over to a birthday party (dinner) at a local friend's house. The view from her appartment was... More

Although we can't really add much to what has already been said of Te'Ora and Sharon Diotte's hospitality, we can say that you will really feel like you are staying with friends or family there. You can sleep with the sound of waves, and really get around just on foot or bike. ATM machine (MasterCard only), surfing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing,... More

I was very lucky to find accomodation at Te'ora. Sharon has two lovely cottages and I had the top floor one, with great view of the ocean. The room (plus kitchen plus bathroom) is very well furnished, perfectly kept, in a quiet location and with a great veranda that I wish I had more time to enjoy. Sharon is very... More

Sharon is a beautiful canadian lady who owns this two cottages by the seashore. They are located far enough from the town, to avoid noise, but close enough to walk for Post Office, bank, groceries and pubs. The rooms are neat, equiped with all necessary and with a wonderful seaview. The shore is across the street. But the best, doubtless, is... More

After reading so many positive comments on this site about te'ora on Rapnui I was keen to stay there but did find it difficult to locate the owners details. all I can say is that it was worth the chasing. The Te'ora cabin looks out over the ocean and is extremely comfortable, as well as incredibly affordable. The owner, Sharon... More

Our week long stay at Te'Ora in May gave us the perfect Easter Island experience. The island is a magical place and at Te'Ora, with a direct view onto the ocean and the standing Moai in the distance, that air of magic was only enhanced. The cabins are beautifully furnished in wood and spotlessly clean. They have all modern comforts... More
