If you have to visit Caracas then the Marriott is certainly one of the better options. We stayed here on our return from Los Roques. We had lunch before our flight out, I asked for some bottled mineral water. When the water came I noticed that the seal on the tops had already been opened. I did not think much...

The situation in Venezuela is a difficult one. You need a bag full of Bolivares for a hundred dollars and it is getting worse. However, once inside the hotel you can forget all about the traffic jams, delinquency and poverty because you are in one of the best areas and one of the best hotels in Caracas. Staff is very...

We stayed with our family due to a wedding. The Service that JW Caracas provides is one of the kind. Weidys, Barbara, Michelle and Yulimar were the most careful and professional people that we met... Koeman was very kind and thoughtful while we prepared our event thanks to all I will remember all while I back home to Indonesia!! Loves...

While the situation in Venezuela is getting worse, the standards at the JW Marriott remain very high. We arrived to a warm welcome following a flight from Europe. Our room/suite (1208) was ready and spotlessly clean. The maid, Mileidys, called by to make sure everything was OK before leaving us to settle in and unpack. Although the rooms and common...

Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the capital city. It is near all main shopping areas. Taxis are readily available at the Hotel but much more expensive than the regular taxis. It is advisable though to use the hotel taxis as these are much safer. Service is excellent and the staff competent in their English. Accommodation is great...

Hotel has very good installations such as Gym, Massage room, and also very good restaurant. Employees very well trained and it is very easy to note that they are following procedures to well serve all customers. Swimming pool is ok, but not to if you are use to train. Suite Spa is great and with a lot of space.

Nice and beautiful hotel in Caracas. Rooms are clean and comfortable, overall facility is in good condition. Breakfast was great, a buffet with a lot of options and local food. Amenities are excellent and well kept. Recommended for business trips.

I adore JW Marriott Hotels they are very pretty and the employees are so attentive, this has always been my experience. We had an issue with the hot water in our room, and they immediately sent over someone to look and work on it, and effectively it was fixed very quickly, but because of the hassle, they comped our breakfast...
