There's no escaping it, Sango is in a beautiful location, right on the front doorstep of the open bush. Any animal is able to walk up to you as you sit on the veranda of your tent. This makes for a wonderful experience. The camp itself only has 6 tents. For me, they are too close together and lacking privacy....

Thanks for the feedback, we will address with our team as we are passionate about providing a complete safari experience. However, we would like to add, that in order to access the wildlife areas we are limited to the number of access points from the lodge, so naturally you will traverse these access roads a few times if you do...

We stayed at Sango for 3 nights in November. It is a smaller camp for only 12 guests and very lovely and professional staff. Very cozy, not too luxurious, totally at the river side to observe animals 24/7. Frank, our guide, did an excellent job on bringing us closer to understanding nature through his knowledge and experience, on tracking the...

This was the second camp we stayed at in Botswana and followed on from their sister camp, Chobi Elephant Park. We spent 3 nights at Sango in early September 2016. The camp with just 6 tents, all occupied, was great and the staff were really friendly and highly competent. Our guide, Frank, was both very knowledgeable and a delight to...

Sango was the last of the 3 camps we stayed at. having started in Camelthorn Lodge Zimbabwe then on to Chobe Elephant Camp and finally at Sango on August 5th for 3 nights All three were excellent but Sango had the edge. From the Tents, to the setting and the excellent guide Frank . We had Lions going through the...

A real genuine feeling of Glamping. Amazing how close to nature and the animals we were, elephants and hippos just outside our tent. Was greeted with a bottle of sparkling and some snacks upon our arrival. Really appreciated the gesture. Staff was very friendly and food was home-cooked at its best.

The lodge is in a lovely situation overlooking a river, where you can take mokoro trips. There is an excellent hide, with its own loo, from which you can watch elephant and antelope. The staff were all excellent. Our guide, PK, was very knowledgeable and he, Joseph and Boi all went the extra mile to make our stay as memorable...

My husband and I stayed at Sango for two nights in June, and I have to say it was fantastic! It was our fourth safari (we've also been to Kenya, South Africa and Swaziland on previous trips), and it was the first time we've ever seen a leopard. We saw three in fact. The staff were all great and very...

Came here self-drive through 'Drive Botswana' on the night of our 20th wedding anniversary. This was our second 'bush-camp'. From the moment we arrived when the elephants were bathing, we had the best time of our 15 day trip during our two nights here. Dennis led us on fantastic game drives in Moremi NP and the Khwai Concession (where one...
