The hotel has good facilities, its veranda, swimming pool, and in-room terrace. The breakfast had a large variety, the dinner was not bad. The beds and bedsheets were comfortable enough for a good night sleep. However the hotel rooms needed to be reburfished ( fixtures be repaired, locks, etc) .Cleaning standards needed to be improve.

It appears this hotel receives mixed reviews. I can't say we had any complaints. This was our base camp for a trip into the Okavango Delta, which is easily accessible from this location (a tour company even leaves from the hotel). Our room was quiet and the grounds were beautiful. The pool and outdoor restaurant/bar area are tropical and picturesque....

Stayed as part of a tour. Rooms were ok, although only 1 lightbulb worked in the whole room. No light in the bathroom at all. We were given a room with king size bed, but being 2 strangers on tour we asked for 2 singles and were told that all rooms were like this. We found out the next morning...

Stayed here at start and end of an Explore tour, for one night each. Room at end much nicer than the one at the start, but both served their purpose. Pool area and grounds are reasonable. The included breakfast was ok, although not everything was available/available at same time. Had set menu for evening meals as we'd been warned about...

After a long drive across the Caprivi Strip we were awaiting a but of relaxation at this hotel. We arrived to be greeted by constant demands to choose our dinner menu. This was supposed to allow timely service but in the event took far too long. When we got to our rooms there was no power in the wall sockets...

I stayed at Sedia before and after flying into the delta. The hotel is ok. It has a nice dining/ bar area, set around a pool. I had a chalet set down by the river. The chalet was spacious and had a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. The first night I stayed there, there were many guests who...

Booked for two nights and got only 1 night. Blame put on trainee. The place looks tired and old and not looked after at all. Food was good, waiter very helpful but payment took long time since drinks and food needed to be separated. Breakfast was decent but bacon was 'out of stock' and eggs were cold. Would not stay...

The campground here is just a dust bowl. There are some really nice little units, the double bedrooms are really nice and reasonable price. The poolside bar has beer on tap and good WiFi. The bad points: Really didn't appreciate management complaining about how much noise we were supposedly making, when a small group of us was sitting around. I...

We stayed here camping for one night, and it was a very nice camp site. The camp site has nice toilet facilities near, hot showers if you go before most people and good washrooms. The bar was reasonably priced, and offered a good range of drinks. The pool is next to the bar and there is lots of space around...

Having stayed here several times before, I was keen to see how the standards were on a return after some years. I am glad that the overall impression is good, clean, well maintained and the rooms certainly are worth the while, reasonably priced and have all amenities that are necessary. All staff were attentive ad pleasant and their service was...
