Pretty cool place with a bar and a restaurant. However, the campsites are pretty small and our was very noisy. The staff is really cool and helpful. They helped us to organize a mokoro trip in the Okavango delta.

For a back packer experience it was awesome.Beds were clean, loved the outdoor shower and the view was to die for.The steak and the ambiance was also good when ordered at the bar.The activities offered at the lodge give you great options to choose from.

We stayed there 4 nights in one of the rented tents. The location was nice but the tents were practically on top of each other. We were told there was a fully equipped kitchen but that was not the case. Thankfully we had our own things. The communal fridge was filthy and so were the cooking facilities. Our own tent...

The river and the little huts under trees are beautiful. We stayed in a small tent for some days. Bathroom attached costs extra but the outdoor bathroom was ok too. The moscito net was good and the beds as well. The food was quite expensive but you can book good trips from here. Best experience was a game drive in...

My husband and I have been here many times since 2008. As we are frequent travellers to Southern Africa we never skip this amazing place when we are in the neighbourhood. It is the perfect starting point for your trip into Moremi, Savute and Chobe (or the other way around when you start your trip in Kasane). We love the...

Visited this amazing place with my sister. The set up is unique.Friendly staff! The atmosphere is just so different,in a good way. There is an awesome view to the Thamalakane river. Wish something could be done about the road from bridge to the place though.Otherwise it's worth staying at!

We used the backpackers as our guide for a safari outing. Our guide, Joseph, arrived in time to pick us up from our lodge. He was very professional and demonstrated an immense knowledge of the area and wildlife. We were two families, and we had the best day spotting animals we had never seen. Joseph made sure that we get...

My wife and I stayed here for five nights while visiting family and traveling into the delta for a night. We have been here before for lunch but this time it was our first time actually sleeping here and it was certainly a great experience. The room we had is a medium to small room with a double bed and...

225 BWP a permanent tent without bathroom (based on single occupancy). Nestled in a great location on the river. Wonderful and very clean shared bathrooms. The best tented accommodation during my travel (Botswana, Vic Falls, Namibia). To tell the truth they are are not even tents, because the roof is made of tin. Comfortable mattresses, bedside tables, and towels inside....
