A good budget hotel. I stayed for one night and found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the internet worked well, the lighting was excellent allowing for work and reading. It was not the most comfortable bed, but the extra service of bringing a kettle to my room for coffee because I had to depart before 6am...

I have never seen any so called cook pick ones own nose in open view before going to the kitchen, then instead of washing his hands he actually just turns off the faucet the other cook left on without a thought to washing his snot from his sands; speaking of the earlier shift cook, if you are cooking remain in...

I want to start by saying that the pizza is amazing, so good we went a second time within a week. The second time we also brought swim wear to use the pool, this is when things went bad. I want to take a second to explain we were with two children (18 months and 13 years). When we arrived...

This one ticks all the boxes. Simple, spacious and clean rooms, friendly if lackadaisical service service - but you knew that we're in Africa! - and an excellent restaurant. Indeed the food is worth a special mention of dinner - proper wood fired pizzas, great Lebanese food and very good wraps for lunchtime picnics. Less good however is breakfast which...

Sir max Hotel, The most memorable hotel go my tour. They have a star rating but honestly there is no comparison. This hotel is amazing, the staff are amazing. Want to swim at 2am? No problem... Want to eat at 5am again, no problem. Kumasi has lots of thing to offer, not far from the capital Accra.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be friendly. The main attraction though is the restaurant and pool area, which provides a relaxing environment and an excellent menu. The Lebanese food and the pizzas are particularly good.
