I have been to this location before (about 8 years ago), at that time it was great. I was expecting the same, but was very disappointed. Nothing has been maintained. We were not able to use either of the pools. We arrived in the evening and got room service, the food was warm and dry. There is no wifi at...

We spent a week from Sat-08-Apr-2017. No welcome on check-in after a 10 hour drive.... no wet towels or drink. Our request was sea facing cottage, which we received. The Bar was unattended and Beach Bar actually closed. The Restaurant served us Pizza that had un-melted cheese. The two pools were out of order... which we were not advised on...

My family and I have frequented this place very many times over the past few years. This time it was a big disappointment. Basic amenities like hot water and electricity were not there. The back up generator would be switched on for just few hours and would not support the ACs. As a result we spent the better part of...

My family loved this place. It's a bit remote but that was not a problem for us. The staff members were great, they have great daily activities for the family that kept us busy throughout our stay. The rooms are huge, well-equipped and are kept clean. It's also ideal for self-catering guests.

We had a great family holiday here in 2011 and wanted to come back. The rooms were a little tired at the time and we used the ' Beach Boys' to arrange our trips for scuba diving and to the Masai Mara as they were cheaper. HOWEVER, we will not return until these issues are sorted out.

This is my third visit to this venue and all I can say is that it's just getting worse. The place has been empty most of the times but now they are cuttings costs so much that when there is no power the genset only serves lights and not the Air conditioners. The staff are also rude and fault to...

We have been several times before so knew what to expect. The resort had never been excellent but was acceptable. However this time it was so bad that we checked out after a few days and had to spend money on alternative accommodation. When we arrived the main pool was unclean with algae in it. We were told the filter...

Stayed at Royal Reserve with a friend from December 19-23rd and was treated with contempt upon check in by Agnetta Maganga who refused to serve us. She was racist and extremely unhelpful. We went for breakfast a couple of times which for $10 was poor and took 90mins from order to prepare a couple of eggs, toast and coffee. The...

We have stayed here twice under RCI and my family always looks forward to going back to the place. The swimming pool is so children friendly. Excellent facilities for expecially for a family with children. Great service from polite and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 7 days and really enjoyed this beachfront property. It is an older property but the service was great and it was safe. I like the fact that Simon arranged a perfect safari to Tsavo National Park for my family. The rooms were very spacious 2 bedroom with full kitchen.
