The whole resort was built for ASEAN conferences and it's also used for other government sponsored meetings, but not clear it's open to regular tourists. Compared to typical government run hotels, the service quality of the resort is actually quite good. The room is bigger enough but the bed is a bit too hard for non-Chinese guests. The hotel resort has 20 some buildings and the restaurant is located in the conference center. Guests would have to walk some 10-15 mins to dine or take a ride from those golf carts driven by resort staff. A good thing is that the walk could be very enjoyable with trees, flowers, birds, etc. along the path. More

Very attractive and peaceful resort type developing surprisingly close to the centre of Nanning and the ASEAN Conference Centre. If you are looking gfor a quiet and restful location in a magnificent park setting then this is the place for you. Largely pedestrianised you are able to waly through the area without the intrusion and danger of cars. Rooms are well furished and spacious. On the downside internet access is by LAN and there is no wireless acess provided, a particular drawback in the resorts extensive and well appointed conference centre. More

“The resort is quite extensive in area with facilities scattered throughout its attactive park setting. Accomodation is in seperate 'villa' blocks. Try to secure a room in one of the lakeside villas which are closer to the hotels facilities and also profit from views over the highly attractive lake around which the resort in developed.”
