This is a dirty, old and bad hotel. Unfriendly staff, everything is dirty in this place. The water heater even exploded when we tried to use it. The food was very simple. Amazing that it was even overbooked !!

Although we just stayed for one night, this Homestay is unacceptable. When the guy who showed us to our rooms turned on the lights, 3 big cockroaches started run around on the floor another one was on the wall and 2 more were waiting in the bathroom. The bed was full of hair from whomever, but not from us. The...

Our agent recommended to stay on this homestay although I told him that I read a lot of bad comments regarding this place. We arrived around 6pm from after 6 hours travel from Probolingo. From the entrance, the whole compound looks refreshing and relaxing because of the beautiful scenery and surrounded with greenery. But the moment you enter your room...

We booked a tour from Jogja to Bromo and Ijen, where the accommodation was already included. Room was so small it was actually difficult to get to the bed that was next to the wall - and im a pretty skinny person. Everything inside smelled like naphthalene and mold. On wall there was metal paneling.. I'm only guessing what could...

The hotel were therefore simply a surprise for us. We stayed here one night before going to the Ijen crater. At arrival the hotel appeared to...

The food at the restaurant is pretty much a choice of mie goreng or nasi goreng. And the wifi is average. But really, the reason we HATED our stay here is because of the horrible staff...

Nothing good about this place. - Door handle broke and we were stuck in the room shouting for help (as we couldn't get out). Screamed for a long time before anyone came. - Filthy rooms - Wallpaper coming off - Ants everywhere (bed, rooms, bathroom) - One dirty towel in your room. - Very uncomfortable bed - Mouse faeces on...
