My family stayed in this hotel last November 2014. The service and the food are great. The rooms are small but fine. We had a lot of fun that we thought our stay was really short. Experience could have been improved if this hotel has its own garden and a great view of lake and volcano; but will still recommend...

For a hotel that is located in Tagaytay, a carpet is not a luxury but a must --and this hotel has none! What's worse is that the slippers provided in the rooms were very thin. Comfort room has no bathtub. The pool is swarmed by insects that we weren't able to stay in the area any minute longer. The food...

I texted the hotel numerous times to ask questions about the room I had reserved for 7-14 Mar 2015. They never replied! I texted that I will see the manager when I arrive to explain typical local culture service.

I loved OTP! Our room is comfortable and very clean. The buffet dinner was de-lish, though not very fond of the limited choices in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, it was a really great stay and we will definitely come back.

Booked for an overnight stay with 3 friends for about PHP5600 for a Deluxe Room (with extra bed and breakfast for 4). The room was quite small for 4 people. There was 1 queen sized and an additional bed that they assembled inside the room. Without the extra bed, the room size is ok. But when they added it, it...

The hotel is not exactly along the road. There is a business establishment in front of it so it is not immediately visible to guests coming from the highway. It is quite far from the rotunda (junction) so unless the guest has a vehicle, public transport (trikes) is the next option. Note that trike fare to the junction is kind...
