Overall, the room we checked-in is very good. The bathroom towels provided by this hotel, however, are badly worn-out and need urgent replacement. The noise in the adjacent hotel room could also be heard. The internet/wi-fi service also needs to be improved because it's very slow. If one intends to have a better view of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake,...

The hotel is located along the highway. It has function rooms and the hotel itself is very spacious. It is adjacent to Robinsons mall and has a bridgeway at the basement. They have allocated parking spaces outside and at the basement, which is shared with the mall. The staff was very accommodating because I needed to use a computer and...

Stayed here for two nights a few days ago for my brother in law's wedding. The whole family easily booked I believe about ten rooms to accommodate everybody. While check in was smooth and assistance easily gained when you are at the Front Desk, forget about any assistance when calling them from your room. Once upstairs we needed to request...

It was our first time to book in this hotel for New Year's Eve. They offered a package for the said celebration and it was pretty affordable compared to the other hotels in that area. I loved the location - along the main road, near Starbucks, supermarket, bank, restaurants like Josephine's, Razon's and Shakey's. We loved just walking around that...

Dec 2013 was our 1st visit to this hotel. We were invited by a relative to stay with them and join the New Year's countdown. We had a great time as the room we occupied was spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. We booked our stay last Dec 22-24th to avoid the hassle of traffic as Tagaytay is...

The Reservation officer which is based in Manila tells us a lot of promising and exciting things about their Christmas buffet so we decided to book 5 rooms for 2 nights. Reservation as...

Summit Ridge's best-selling feature is its nice location in Tagaytay City. It is situated along the ridge close to restaurants, rides, and even a casino. They have plenty of parking if you are bringing a vehicle with you. The complex also features a sports venue as well as a supermarket. Another feature worth noting is that all rooms in the...

Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Topmost 9th floor. Best view of Taal lake and volcano on that floor. Spacious suite. 3 flat screen Tv . Kitchen amenities, microwave, huge ref , stove. The bathroom is on the receiving area, and it is also huge. But design of the suite is nothing fancy, very simple, looks the same just when I...
