We booked 4 rooms for 3 days and 2 nights. Things we didnt like: 1)reservation fee is 50% of your total booking cost. this is highly unusual when the industry standard is 10%. 2)the phones in all our rooms were not working, requested for a replacement, but all it could do was call the front desk 3)cable tv wasn't working.... Me and my family stayed overnight just this Nov to celebrate my Pa's bday. We were 11 so I got a couple of rooms. Their old TV requires 2 set of remote control and it wasn't easy to operate in the beginning so we have to call front desk for assistance. The first room was set then later in the... More

They have one of the most beautiful view of Taal lake of all places I have ever stayed in Tagaytay. The reception area along with the Christmas decor is really nice. Located near a shopping area and plenty of restaurants to choose from it was an ideal place to book. Except for a few staff majority of the staff requires... More

Booked a 2-bedroom suite and it didn't disappoint! The suite was spacious and comfortable. Room service was ok as well and food was good. The location is very good as well as there are several cafes and restaurants and a mall nearby.

Stayed on the 7th floor for a weekend getaway. Room - clean and spacious. Previous reviews were right, there is a lot of noise from the highway but nothing terribly intrusive. Probably worse on lower floors. The view of Taal Lake is spectacular though. Bed - the king-sized bed is comfortable but not the pillows (very hard). On the plus... More

We attended a wedding at Tagaytay last October 31, 2016. I booked this hotel last minute through their website's online booking. Rates were higher than their usual published rates since I made the booking just a couple of days before our check-in date and the dates included fell on holidays. I booked for one Classic King room with breakfast for... More

Our family stayed for the weekend holiday for 2 nights. The front desk officers were accomodating despite our late night check-in. The rooms given to us were within the same floor and adjacent to each other as requested. Unfortunately with the 3 rooms, each room we have experienced problems, the common was about the telephone shower either leaking or non... More

I tried booking a room here a few years ago on a holy week and on a last minute notice. Wasn't successful so I thought the hotel is pretty much in demand. I also had a friend who spent his wedding anniversary here with his wife & family so I thought this hotel must be pretty good. So I tried... More

The meeting facilities are good especially the one on the 9th floor where there is a view of the Taal Lake. The food is also very good, with the greens fresh and crisp. Like many hotels, they put up a sign to help conserve water and instructions what to do if we don't want our towels washed and like so... More
