The place is nice for couples who wish to have some quiet time together. It's nice walking around the place as the feel of the place is very different from the usual resort here in the Philippines. However, the place does not have a restaurant inside the resort. You need to go out for lunch and dinner or you can...

"Courteous treatment will make a guest a walking advertisement" I am one of those many people who will come back and suggest your hotel/resort to anyone I know. From my whole family I would like to thank all the staff and management of crosswinds for giving us the feel of home away from home. This place is now my favorite...

We enjoyed our stay in the resort...their service is good. The room is big and has cooking facilities so, you can bring your own food. All rooms has a terrace/veranda. The whole place will make you feel like you are not in the Philippines. There is also a pool and a playground for kids. If you want a quiet and...

Decided to stay here with the family since it was also the weekend before my birthday The place was good, the view was fantastic and was very relaxing. However they need to improve on their amenities as this place has so much potential.

Had this been my first time to visit Crosswinds, I could have given it 4 stars. Unfortunately, this was already my second within the same year. The first one was with my family (January 2016) where we booked the 2-bedroom suite. This time, I was with my boyfriend and we got the 1-bedroom suite. Pros: - Good ambience. - Very...

Dear summerlove29, Warm greetings from Crosswinds Resort Suites! We would like to express our appreciation for commending the staff and our umbrella service during your recent stay. The Santa's House at this time is normally undergoing some repairs in time for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Event that marks the ushering of the holidays in Crosswinds. We do apologize on...

Looking for a relaxing place away from Manila? This is it. You really feel you've been transported to another country with the beautiful scenery of pines, mountains, and Swiss chalets. The place just needs to be maintained well but what we encountered were minor issues. I'm looking forward to my next trip back. It's great to bring the family here.

I love the fact that there is fresh air around this isolated valley. Pine trees everywhere. There is a few things to note. Hot water is missing. Air con not cooling the whole room. And a few ants on both beds (first arrival). If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. A home away from home.

The superior 2 bedroom suite is so average and cramp. There is only one small bathroom to be shared by 5 people. The kitchen facilities are not complete; just the basic - laddles, pots, pans, range oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. If you are used to luxury apartments which are spacious and with washing machine and dryer then this is...

Had an unpleasant stay here recently. Booked a 3 night vacation and was problematic from start to finish. I booked for three people however the hotel told me it was only for two. When we checked in it was late and we just wanted to sleep so they told me it would be extra for the third person. I had...

Warning! To avoid disappointment, dont book this hotel if you are having family gathering or get-together. Management is charging 800/pax excluding breakfast. 800 for nothing! I booked for 3 bedroom suite but only 8 persons are allowed to stay. I already told them that we are from north and we got no other place to stay but still very inconsiderate...
