We checked in Taal Vista Hotel for a night in April 2017 to celebrate my son's birthday. We availed of the weekday promo rate and it was a good deal for a 2room suite plus breakfast for 4! Only downside is our room didn't have a view of Taal Lake - you'll have to pay an extra 50% for that....

It was my first time to stay in Taal Vista and I'm definitely going back! The trip wasn't really planned so I was worried that we won't be able to get a room that weekend. But my friend assured me that it's almost impossible for them not accommodate us - I now know what she meant by that. The hotel...

We were told that its not safe to go to Tagaytay because of the recent earthquake events. Anyway, we didn't cancel our booking in the hotel. Taal Vista has a good reputation for its Filipino hospitality and its location. It's been ten years since our last stay and the charm didn't change - although I must say some improvements need...

We come to this Hotel more than 30 years already. In the meantime the improvement has been huge. At the begin it was “just” a Lodge but the View to the Lake Taal and Volcano was always overwhelming. Now the complex has been growing to big hotel complex. For our taste almost to big. This time we have booked for...

Booked 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite for 6 adults and 4 small kids! It was a peak season that time, we were given one Room at first and waited for the other one. My nephews are all getting fussy, we cannot go outside as it was cloudy and drizzling. Lastly, the other room was given past 6pm. Hotel beds are comfortable,...

The hotel itself is very nice however there's quite a few hit and miss with the service not sure if it is because it was a peak season when we were there. Here are some of our experience in the hotel. 1. Check-in service was quite easy, the lady in the front desk tried her very best to accommodate our...

This is my second stay in Taal Vista and my fiance's first time. We liked our stay. We liked the king size bed, we liked the clean and spacious toilet, we loved the overall experience. Areas for improvement though is the breakfast buffet. There are quite a few choices but should be improved. We only stayed overnight but it was...

Taal Vista Hotel is a trademark hotel in Tagaytay. Whenever a balikbayan relatives or friends visited us in Manila we always tour them in Tagaytay and Taal Vista hotel is always a hit for them. Cool weather, safe place to stay, relaxing ambiance and sumptuous filipino dishes. From breakfast, to mid-morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack and dinner. After dinner...
