This hotel have a amazing View of the Mayon volcano. Specially when you go to their swimming pool . The hotel is not modern as we have here in Manila but as I said to my reviews before the service is more important than the place. And I met this very humble, kind, approachable and attentive guy name Neilbert. He...

The Oriental has fantastic views of the nearly-perfect-cone Mayon volcano. It is a very impressive sight. The hotel is older and has had some renovations. The lobby area and other public spaces are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the rooms are in terrible condition. There was black mold clearly visible on the walls. The strong odor...

We enjoyed our stay at the Oriental as the hotel has great views of Legazpi city and the Mayon Volcano, except when covered with clouds. The staff were great and friendly, especially at the breakfast place. They were engaging, polite and helpful. In my opinion, the main issue with this hotel is maintainance. The lobby glass roof is leaking, the...

The Oriental Legazpi could have been the most ideal hotel to stay in for either business or leisure. For one, it offers a spectacular view of Mt. Mayon and the city since the hotel sits on top of Taysan Hills. The hotel also provides amenities that travelers need like affordable buffet treats, spa treatments, tours, and free Wi-Fi. It also...

And i am not exaggerating. Best place to see the perfectness of nature's wonder that is Mayon Volcano. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and it was superb. The staff are all smiling, approachable and they make every guest feel extra special. The place is well cleaned and polished. The live music performances is worth witnessing at the...

The hotel is a distance from the city and is probably the most expensive hotel in Legazpi but the view of Mayon from the roof deck is to die for and is more than worth the distance and the relatively higher price point. The rooms are modern and spacious and the hotel serves fairly decent food.

Great value for money, 4 star hotel with mayon view. And they have swimming pool, restaurant, room service.. almost great, but the location is not so much, If you don't have car, hard to go town for shopping and eat. But they have airport shuttle service.
