Location is very good. It s accessible to everything - church, banks, shops. Hotel is clean but no essential amenities like water, coffee, etc. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.Cabinet doors need repair. No hot water in my room.

To reduce light, was told to UNSCREW the bulbs!!! WHAT??? Lift-less - No elevators, reaching 3rd floor takes too much effort. Breakfast-less - bfast NOT INCLUDED! Showerless...

We travelled to Naga with our dog and searched for a pet friendly hotel through agoda.com and trip advisor. Our search revealed that Nagaland Hotel is pet friendly. However, when we arrived, the front desk officer told us that they do not accommodate guests with pets. So, I was constrained to tell her that their ad in agoda and trip...

Great location in the centre of the city, and with good rates and nice enough rooms. Had to beg for a kettle - but eventually got one from the staff (they just stole it from another room). Breakfast was included for a small extra fee, but definitely worth it. Although they did try and skimp on the breakfast 'desert' as...

It is central, across the street from an older Robinson’s supermarket/mall and near the main plazas. No problem getting hot water for a shower, the internet/wifi worked very well (you need to get...

The room we stayed at has a small hallway before the bed and avaible closet for clothes. There was a little noise that can be heard from my room because it is...

There were four of us so we struggled to find a hotel in Naga City to accommodate us at a reasonable price. This hotel is in an excellent location - a short tricycle ride from the bus station and very near the cathedral. Given what we paid, the room was disappointing - the aircon was very noisy, the shower was...
