For the price the hotel is ok the rooms are clean, tv is still CRT service is sub-par but as I have said your what you pay for is what you get if you have a car I suggest not to take this hotel because I needed to wait for almost 45 minutes to get a parking (even around the...

It was my second stay in this hotel and as before, I had a good stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the busy district of Naga. I just hope there will be more parking space for guests. But public transportation won't be a problem if you need to go some other places. It's very near to convenience stores, banks,...

Your typical "hotel in the province" is what to expect. The advantage being in the center of the city, thus, for people who do not have their cars with them, restaurants, banks, groceries are just a stone throw away.

I booked at this hotel this July 2016 and it was my second stay. Just like my first visit, I appreciated how they serve their customers. Their staff were professional in the way they handle check-in and airport transfer. Also, I was very happy with the cafe federico staff, my orders were served on time. Although I was not able...

I booked this hotel and did not expect much due to other reviews on the internet. As it is an old hotel, it's been built out by neighbouring properties. My room view was a wall (possibly explains why there was not much noise) with a sliver of daylight coming through but its main advantage is its location - right in...

The location is smack in the middle of Naga's town centre, and it gives walking access to most places a domestic traveler needs, that is fast food places, street food, pharmacies, and a church. It's sadly not well-maintained on the outside, but inside it's decent enough and the food is surprisingly decent.

What was once the hotel-of-choice in Naga has since been in the shadow of newer and more modern hotels in the city. Its biggest value proposition is its location - literally in the center of old Naga. You have San Francisco church, a convenience store, banks, several of the big fast-food chains and the main arteries of the city literally...

The hotel is centrally located the city of Naga. It's a plus when you have to arrange multiple meetings. The rooms have basic amenities but they are already old. The rooms are clean. Good only for overnight stays. It's expensive conpared to similar hotels nearby.

Only stayed the one night as passing through. Clean and tidy and staff very helpful and friendly. This hotel wasn't our first choice but it is ideally located and they had the availability. We had a twin double and breakfast was included. Not the ritz but very reasonable.

We needed a room for 3 so were given a double room. It turned out to be 2 twin beds. We had to rent a folding bed for an additional P650. Our room faced the plaza and was very noisy with all the traffic down on the street. Jeepneys, trikes and buses drive right past the hotel. The hotel does...
