Anantara Golden Triangle is just a dream come true for those who love nature, best quality hotels and restaurants, elephants and more... The room was beautifully furnished and cleaned every day with care and diligence. The whole hotel takes you to a paradise on earth, where you can actually forget about anything existing beyond. The location of the hotel is...

Four nights in paradise. We stayed in early October just before high season and the place was almost empty. Service exemplary; food first-class and the whole experience thoroughly invigorating. A great place to chill out.

This is an amazing place - wonderful friendly staff, gorgeous staff and a great activity programme. The elephant camp, mahout experience and breakfast visits by the baby elephant are unforgettable - riding an elephant "bareback", sitting just behind the head with your knees tucked under her ears and just placing your hands on her head is amazing. We felt so...

It is located directly opposite the Hall of Opium....Google map got it's location totally wrong! If you are driving, head towards Chiang Sean and then there will be plenty of signage pointing you to the Hall of Opium (There is a Museum of Opium so don't be misled) It's location is a little isolated so if you do not have...

Highly recommend the three country tour which takes you into fascinating Myanmar and Laos for a few hours. Also do the elephant trekking or mahount training as a once in a lifetime experience. The daily visit of the baby elephant at the breakfast terrace is also a highlight.

We had a wonderful time at Anantara. The service was exemplary. The staff discovered that it was my partner's birthday and they brought her a cake to celebrate it, and everyone (and I mean everyone, from the receptionist to the bellboy) knew! I was very touched. Its very beautiful in this part of Thailand. Very lush and green. There is...
