1.Have nice view for photography, but bridge to view point needs up keep , kind of dangerous when walking thru it. Sunset photography is excellent. 2.Rooms need little facelift. 3.needs to place some brochures and booklets of nearby point of interest at counter and how to get to those place of interest to ease guest request..

The free condom is still there when I stayed… the special channel is still there. If you are driving, you can park your car right in front of your room. I stayed for 1 night, so can't tell much about the room cleaning. It's overlooking the lake, the view is good during sunset. I think the hotel is a love nest of some sort. There are local couples going in and out. But the place itself is not seedy. The wifi doesn't seem to work when I was there.

Overall the hotel was great, once you get into thew room there is a free condom greeting you on the bed, and the first time ever i have stay in a hotel which having a very special TV channel which is interesting, find it out yourself. Room service was bad, i stayed 2 nights they not bother to make up my room second day when i was away for city tour. No free drinking water, only 2 packet of instant coffee where ready. very comfortable bed, although the pillow is a bit of too soft. Toilet are ok, but it could be flooded when you have your shower. The only downside of the hotel, it is near to the Songkhla lake where a lot of fishing activities on a day time, you would hear a noise from a fishing boat early in the morning, if you pick a room beside from the lake, the air from the lake is not a good smell, bring along a room perfume with you.
