This hotel has a very sterile, institutional feel. The room, while spacious and clean, was very noisy and didn't have an inviting appeal. Everything could be heard from the hallways and other rooms. Main hallway was very dark. There is no mini-fridge in the room and the TV only includes spanish channels. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom is a step up and quite small, but the shower is fine with hot water. One bottle of water provided per day. No coffee provided. The hotel restaurant was good but expensive. Has a convenience store next door. The pool is at the back of the property but looked nasty. Location is okay.

Should a hotel room invite you to come in and spend the night there? I think so. We arrived on January 5, 2024 at 2pm at the hotel... the room was not ready at first (according to them) and we had to wait an hour. We returned after eating something at their restaurant (acceptable) and went up to the 2nd. floor, room 222. Upon entering the first impression is... it has no paintings, it is very spacious and had 3 beds, two double beds and one single, an armchair for 2 people that was half dirty to see, 2 small tables and that's it. I didn't like it in general!! I will try another hotel when I am in Chetumal.

We spend a weekend here in two rooms, both were a little different, one was big enough and the other was not, but it had the necessary things. During our stay, the hotel were remodeling during the day, so we didn´t bother about the noise at night. The pool zone was abandoned and the restaurant closed early. The staff from Hotel and restaurant was kind and helpful with an exception from a evening recepcionist.
It's close to the center and pier.

Spacious and beautiful rooms, an affordable price and the pool is nice. You also have a restaurant with vegan options with room service, it is Pet friendly and in general they have good service. They helped me when I forgot my wallet after checking out.

Got placed here when I went to DJ for the Grito, rooms are very nice, beds comfy, AC gets ice cold plus great location as it is right in the center of down town Chetumal.

Only thing I did not like about the room is I was located way to the back and the WIFI connection around there was terrible..

Another problem was the design of the bathroom or at least mine, there was no place to hang your towel near the shower so I had to lay it in the sink, no soap rack in the shower had to leave my soap standing on top of the shower door frame and unfortunately my soap wasn't the only one up there.

Looks as if house keeping missed out on someone else laying there soap up there as it was all dried up and stuck to the top of the frame.

The cable also sucked but that's pretty much anywhere in Mexico so no real complaints there except to the Mexican Cable Companies.

The hotel was clean, employees were very helpful and kind.
I wished we could have stayed longer!
The place was beautiful.
As we entered they greeted us and helped us understand everything, they told us about their little shop on the side of the hotel and it was so beautiful and has everything you need I suggest you go there if you need to buy, accessories, bathroom supplies and of course snacks but the hotel doesn't allow snacks to be brought it so keep that in mind.
So far we loved this hotel and plan to go there again!

The hotel is nice and clean with big and pretty rooms which have all the necessary inventory, such as well-functional a.c, tv, shower etc. The location of the hotel is good as well - very central right next to the main Street.
The Best part about the hotel is the staff. The reception, the waiters and not at least the manager are extraordinary. They are friendly, helpful and really useful if you need help, advice etc. about everything. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who are planning to stay in chetumal.
- Thank you so much for the help with our lost bag. You saved our trip ;-)

We stayed for an over night while in chetumal. It was very typical. Nothing new about it. The rooms were just average. The highlight of it all was the receptionist who cracked a few jokes at check in. There are several better options nearby who offer better service and rooms for the same rate and maybe even cheaper. I usually stay at Los Cocos which is right around the corner from here but we decided to tey some thing new.

We stayed on all three floors of this hotel in 2 nights. The staff is very helpful. There was issue with wifi in rooms so we were moved to second floor. There was issue with hot water and we were moved to third floor. All rooms we saw were similar; large comfortable king bed, spacious room size, air conditioners that reception sets temperature work well; new flat screen tvs; clean. No restaurant; it was being renovated. Pool was in process of being cleaned. Rooms were on promotion for $450 peso per night. Regular price was $600 pesos and up.

Worst hotel stay ever. AC didn't work, the bed linen was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The pool had no steps to get in. We planned to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first night. The toilet wouldnt flush then there was no water in the facet. The room was big but that was not enough to stay there. Went to All Business Hotel across the street.
