It is very well located, confortable and good prices. I expected more information about the services in the hotel but I never heard or read about it, non of the staff told me about amenities or something. I guess they are under some kind of construction or detailing rooms since I found a dusty room, I walk a few steps...

Very average, worst part is you end up paying more than what is advertised here. Advertised as BZ$82.00 but you end up paying BZ$125.00. Pool is not very inviting, breakfast looks better in pictures than it actually is. Had to call several times for AC servicing.

Rooms are comfortable ,bright and clean the only problem was bird`s poop on all the window.Hotel has a courtyard in a middle with a little bit of jungle going on, which is nice thing in a hot concere town but it shoud be taken into consideration. If you have palm trees and shrubs ,you will have birds.... if you have birds...

Always have stayed at another hotel when in chetumal. This time I figured we would try capital plaza. Big mistake 1st. Hallways are beyond hot. When we got to our room the a/c was cracked and noisy. We would have been fine with that. The kicker for is was that the Internet only worked when you stood in front of...

semi clean, pool did not look too inviting, service mediocre, bad exchange rates, beds not bad, but for a night (as we were running from hurricane Earl) it was sufficient. probably wouldn't stay here again.

I cant say much about this hotel. We stayed for a night since our boat to Belize was cancelled. I like the variety option of their breakfast menu and tv channels. Good wifi connection and comfy bed. The room is clean and as well the surroundings in the hotel. The swimming pool is okay, it needs to get repaired on...

I was surprised by the quality of this hotel versus the reviews. As we entered the hotel hotel staff watched us struggle with our bags and indeed when we approached the desk didn't even say welcome they simply stood there. The rooms are not as photographed, ours were small smelly (musty) and grubby. The pool was horrible and over chlorinated...

Spacious room facing the pool, with all the necessary conveniences. Initially, there were not sufficient towels, but we got plenty as soon as we asked :))) Restaurant food was good, especially that the hotel restaurant was the only one that we managed to find in town.

Stayed here while shopping/dining on birthday weekend from Belize. Views from all the rooms out to beautifully landscaped, clean pool. Huge room, Jr. Suite. Bathrobes a nice touch. The staff were great, worked with our limited Spanish and nothing but helpful. Secure parking and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Eggs, fruit, toast, juice and coffee for free breakfast (IF...

We only stayed here one night on our way to Cozumel. The clean room with breakfast(egg, juice/coffee, toast) were worth US$70. The outdoor pool is good. The service is good too. There are private parking lots behind the hotel.
