We stay here regularly, overnight. It is up-to-date, clean and the rooms are big. The breakfast in the morning is satisfying with lots of choices. Staff are great. A good value. You may have to pass it and go back along the service drive but...More

Thank you very much for your kind words and for taking the time to answer the survey. I hope you visit with us again.
Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms on the front are loud from the highway noise. Stopped for the night on a long trip, but didn't get much sleep. Conveniently located near interstate, but trucks are very loud overnight.
Not the most glamorous place, but a comfortable place to sleep. Rooms are a bit dated and furniture a bit worn, but the staff is very nice and the lobby and breakfast area are
pristine and updated. The breakfast was basic and good as well,...More
The room was clean and staff was friendly. I had a room on the opposite side of the expressway. There were no good restaurants in walking distance so I suggest you eat prior to arriving or bring in a carry-out. The entrance to the hotel...More

My only complaint was that the people in the room next to ours had their TV on way too loud and woke us up. Obviously, the walls are not thick enough. We called the front desk at 2 am, but it seemed to take quite...More

Hi, I agree this is somewhat confusing. You will actually drive past the Comfort Inn, which you will see on your right when you are heading North on I-55. Take the "Shoppingway Drive" exit, turn right on Shoppingway Drive, go about 1 block to "Block Street". (I know, ^o^) Then turn right on Block Street to head back to the Comfort Inn which is on the I-55 access road. You can probably turn right again on Walnut, it lets you get on the access road heading back south. It is kind of a long way to make a u-turn, but sounds harder than it is. The road accessibility may have changed when you arrive. But above all, the hotel is definitely worth the time.
Hope this helps you have a great experience.
