A fantastic Entertaiment and Animation Crew! Thanks to Gasolina, Bombom, Black Panther! It was the best thing in the Hotel. Always happy and motivating the people to do the activities. The whole Hotel was really good! Good Service and clean.

The best thing about the hotel is the animation. During the day there are 2 Yoga classes every day, dance lessons, competitions and even foam parties. The animators are amazing and make sure there is a good vibe. They are also present at night and pick you up to dance and party with you. I made friends with Gasolina, Bonbon and Black Panther.

We were in impressive premium punta cana hotel in late November. The animation and entertainment part was very nice. In premium beach we have latina dance lessons, yoga, games - the animator Gasolina do the best job. In the evening there were also nice shows.

I had an amazing stay at the Impressive Premium Punta Cana!! The hotel is very nice, the beach and pools are not too crowded and perfect for taking the sun all day. The staff is super friendly, putting a great atmosphere in the hotel with many activities and shows! A special thank you to Gasolina, who was like a friend to us during our stay, always with a smile! We were offered an upgrading and when we reach the room it wasn’t ready. Then the lights weren’t working with the card, we had this problem again during the week for a day and a half. A/C wasn’t cooling. We are not early risers; the housekeeper (Yesenia) knows that we weren’t so we put the tag when we wanted to room cleaned, since we didn’t want housekeeping everyday so we just ask for towels, coffee and water. One night there was no water till in the morning. We weren’t informed that the casino was closed, this was a disappointment for us! We supposed to have a butler but never heard of him till 2 days before we check out. The marketing personal locked us in on a presentation which we didn’t know was a presentation and took like 3 hours of our time. The entertainment was poor. Food was blend, didn’t had any flavor. Need to fix the sticker of the window by the jacuzzi in the bathroom. However of all the observations we made the best of our vacation.…

This place is the worst holiday ever. We had the spare key taken from our room, then something was stolen from our room and when we complained nothing was done about it. We stayed for 2 weeks and I had to complain after 10bdays to get our bed sheets changed. The room opposite ours had a major leak which came into our room. It took 2 phone calls and an hour to get housekeeping to come and clean up. The manager avoided us after our complaint. We reported it all to our travel agent on our return. The hotel denied knowing anything. I sent proof of my complaints and they still denied everything. There is more wrong, so much much but it would take to long to write it all. Save your money and go elsewhere. It is a horrible place with staff that don't care about you or your holiday.…

Beautiful lush tropical grounds and beaches. Workers constantly tending. Barriers out from the beach for seaweed control worked well compared to resorts further down from us. Hugh pier on resort which is a nice walk out for views and photo opts. Rooms large with two person showers and well decorated. High end drinks at all bars, including champagne at beach bars (I was in Cuba last year…beer and rum only). We were premium guests with our own butler. She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the complex and we were able to contact her by text. Booking a la carte dinners was on line. There were five restaurants open during our visit and you could only book each, one time only during our week long stay. Some had no openings available, but our butler managed to get us in. A lovely a la carte bkft and lunch with reservations was located beachfront overlooking the pier. Lots of activities, four pools, foam party, white beach party, live entertainment off main lobby before night theatre shows. Cons: Dedicated beach area for premium guests was not inforced, at least 1/3 of guests with blue/regular wrist bands instead of gold/premium. Language was a real issue with Spanish being the only language of some waiters/waitresses at bars and restaurants. Requested king bed as travelling as a couple, and not ground floor. Did not receive either, but didn’t want to waste our valuable time trying to change rooms, as we saw others doing. We were centrally located which was more important to us. I will start off with my review by apologizing to many of the Employees that I have left out, but ALL of the people we met at Impressive Premium are truly WONDERFUL!! Starting at Reception, Victor is Class #1! He is a very gracious person and looked after every one of our needs including upgrade to Premium. Muchas Gracias, mi amigo Victor! Then, we were taken to our Room and met our Housekeeper, Natali. Natali is THE BEST HOUSEKEEPER, hands down! She was very helpful our entire Vacation and looked after us, just like Family! Muchas Gracias Mi amiga, Natali! We spent the next 2 weeks meeting wonderful people, enjoying the prestine grounds, awesome drinks, absolutely delicious food and simply an awesome Vacation! The BEST Pool Bartenders Cruz & Juan! Our favourite Restaurant was Olive Tree, closely followed by On The Grill, Villa Magna, Yakameshi and Alebrije. The #1 Waiter is at Olive Tree and became good friends with him, Carlos! Muchas Gracias for everything mi amigo, Carlos! And of course, the Best Bartender at Olive Tree is Adrian. The entertainment and activities were a lot of fun. Gasolina was a great entertainer. We hung out a lot at the pool, the beach, and went to the premium restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.
