Had been there ten years ago. And remebered the hotel fondly. This time they had a mixup with our reservation which they handled well but still was a shcok. Endes up ina cabin. Spacious. Beds with uncomfortable mattresses. Very good food. Good service. Management of mixup excellent.

This is a really nice hotel in a beautiful place, I cannot overstate the incredible view. And the rooms were nice and clean, the food was excellent. We stayed on a second floor room that was a bit warm, in Patagonia not too many places have AC so we opened a window, unfortunately we smelled a kerosene like odor most...

The place is absolutely amazing. On the Yelcho lake, looking at the glacier, with a good 1 hour- walking tour through the woods available. Really good food. We tried the menu both nights and weren't disappointed at all. Kids also happy with their choices. Excellent service. Thanks Antonia and Benjamin. Four stars -and not 5- because I expected better execution...

Great Camping sites, with roof and a fireplace. It also has excellent views, it's located very near Yelcho lake and you can see several glaciers and mountains right next to your camp. I advice to stay for at least one night in this wonderful place.

Lovely walk along the lakeside with the hotel's dog. Stunning views of snow topped mountains. Generous sized room and huge bed..very comfortable. The building is wooden ..charming in the public areas but creaking floorboards from above disturbed us during the night. Delicious dinner..the fish tartare a highlight and nice to have vegetables with main course. Evening waiting staff very friendly...

Hopefully, there will be many more. The cabin where we stayed was lovely, and since the weather was unusually cold and wet, it was great to find that they had lit the fire for us. It is those details that show that they care. The staff was very friendly and the food (brought by the cook himself to the cabin)...

This place is the holy grail of any cabins. The cabanas are really well furnished and comfortable. The service is perfect, you can eat at the restaurant or just order some ingredients like a beautiful steak to cook on the barbecue. Place is beautiful and the dogs are lovely. I would recommend this place.

The hotel is situated miles from anywhere right on the shore of Lake Yelcho. We had a cabin with a fabulous view of the lake and the snow peaks opposite. The cabins are all timber and spacious with wood burning stove and kitchenette. The hotel itself is a beautifully designed wooden building with facilities including walking, fishing, horse riding and...

This luxe hotel we selected to realize the Carretera Austral in short sections. On the way to the South from Calete Gonzalo we climbed the Chaiten volcano in the morning. The hotel has great quality wood and timber architecture. Spacious rooms 20 m2 with a lot of wardrobes, bathroom 4 m2 with shower in the tub, king-size bed. A lot...

We stayed at Yelcho following an 8 day trip down the Futuleafu . The rooms were clean but dated and the bathroom was too small for two people to be in at the same time. The food was good, not outstanding, the wines the same. The hot tub was not working when we were there which was disappointing since the...

Dear BluffDwellers. Thanks for the review. The Hot Tube was working perfectly. The only little detail is that in order to heat the water we need at least 4 hours. If you order it for the next hour then it`s not possible... different that not working right?. We have no reference for a place near here called Tineo. We are...
