Breakfast included in room price exceeded our expectations. Maybe a little noisy between rooms. In general very clean and cozy. I would recommend without objections to any demanding traveler. Understand it closes between may and august

We were there 10 years ago and had a very nuce experience. Returned and the hotel is much imrpved. And the service and attention by the owners is still superb. Food is very good. Only criticism would be lighting in the rooms. Need a different solution. Many badly lighted arras in the room. Not good for our aged eyes.

At the end of a quiet road yet only a short walk into the town centre us the charming , quirky rustic El Barranco. Agree with previous reviewer that sleeping in room 6 is like sleeping in a tree house as the windows are the back look into the wood...so calming. The quirkiness comes from the tin bucket lampshade and...

The hotel is great. Very large cosy rooms. We had room number 6, which was in the corner on the first floor with two big windows in the corner. It felt like we were sleeping in the woods. The beds are large and sleep great. The food in the restaurant was a bit disappointing. Being a vegetarian, there were 'zero'...

How to describe El Barranco ? Is more than a charming and cozy place ... Is like having you own house in Futa ! Not only the rooms are spacious, well cleaned and super quiet... And the main house where breakfast (a very good one) and dinner are served is like being in your own living room ! Ask for...

I spend a great time in this Lodge. Is the better hotel in town. It could be expensive for backpackers but is ideal for couples or small groups who want the confort of a good hotel in a beautiful town famous by the kayak, horsing and trekking. Free wifi in rooms. Free Parking.

We stayed here as a base point to day trips to Lake Espolón. The hotel is great, the staff is friendly and the room is really cozy. Nice pool to chill after a hike. The area is amazingly spectacular and the lake is mystical. We'll be back, for sure.
