I stayed there for a night. They room I got was clean, the only thing to comments is that the ceilings were very low specially in the bathroom so It was a bit uncomfortable for a tall guy like me. My room was facing the main road and it was quite noisy at night (Saturday night) with high music till...

This is a first floor hotel in central Ancud on Chiloe Island, Southern Chile. The small rooms are cosy, heated and have comfortable beds. Hot water in the en-suite shower rooms. Its a clean and friendly place to stay and close to amenities. Free secure parking is available nearby. Good breakfasts are served in a room at the back with...

The rooms in the Hotel Ancud are cosy and warm - just what you need in September in Chiloe! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. It's nice and quiet and within easy reach of everything. Very clean and a real find. Would definitely return - in fact we did, after a night 'down south'!...

"Diamond in the rough", an American expression for this is a FIND! Don't even think of looking at another lodging before you check this property out. Detail, detail, detail, this one has it. Nice towels, lots of electrical plugs, great bed and bedding, super fast internet and TV with tons of channels (including English), heaters everywhere (including an extra one...

Great location just off the square in Ancud, plus close to the markets with secure parking a couple of blocks away. Good information about Ancud provided on checkin. Breakfast includes eggs cooked to order and the minimally equipped kitchen is available for snacks or making a sandwhich. Simple but comfortable accommodation.

Accommodation on Chiloe can be challenging, and it appeared it might be in short supply on our planned days there. We booked this modest hotel, very well described in many reviews. When we arrived (a surprize to the woman looking after the place), it was apparent that there were a number of rooms to choose from. We chose a room...

Nice modest and clean room. Organized very invitingly, with a well equipped kitchen and even local liquors available for tasting. Also the hotel is located right at the center, close to the plaza. Marcelo, the owner, speaks English( which was very helpful!) and recommended great places around the city and generally was attentive and caring toward our stay. Another important...

This is a comfortable and cozy hotel, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Marcelo, the owner, is incredibly helpful and generous, and makes you feel right at home. We have stayed here twice, and would return again. It's centrally located, but not noisy. The breakfast room is a great place to relax on a rainy day. We recommend it!

Location-wise it's very good. Less than 5 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas and 10 minute walk from the Cruz del Sur bus terminal (don't get a Queilen bus - you get dropped well out of town and will have to get a taxi). Some people have written some stuff about it being above a shopping centre but you...

This is a very unusual small hotel. To find it you have to go down a tiny shopping mall and ring a bell. From then on it is absolutely fine and at the price great value. The rooms and en suite bathrooms are small but well designed and very clean. Breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs. The guy on...
