Mather Lodge sits atop Petit Jean mountain. It is a rustic setting with some incredible views. No king beds in the lodge; queen is the biggest. Rooms are not as outfitted as most hotels, but they are adequate. Cabins can also be rented.

The hotel has a rustic feel and has beautiful views. The rooms are not luxurious but that's not what you come for. The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant had decent food but the view out the window is excellent.

You'd think that this lodge has only one room cleaner. We arrived at 11:30 am to eat lunch in their restaurant. My husband went ahead and did the check in paper work. The guy at the counter said the room was not ready yet. Cool!...More

Petit Jean has accessible lodge rooms & cabins. The cabins have plenty of seating. The ADA lodge rooms have a desk and chair, other lodge rooms have a rocking chair.

Thank you for the question. The Lodge rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves, however, Petit Jean State Park does have fully equipped cabins.
