Amazing and very helpful staff, and they have a great customer service. Rooms are very good and clean. Excellent choice for a great value. In general, it's the best option to consider if you are planing to go to Petra. I strongly recommend this hotel. Many thanks for everything to Mohammed and Ibrahim. :)

The room was clean and small but nice. The breakfast was simple but okat and the price for the room was okay. There were a few problems with the toilet and the heather and there was a lot of noice from the street as described by others. And you need to take a taxi every time you want to go...

I stayed 2 nights at Hidab hotel. The view from the room was spectacular and the bed comfortable and clean. Other than that it was all down hill: The sink in my room leaked all over the floor, and the tub drain was clogged, and the heater did not work. I made due without asking for help from hotel staff...

The rooms were adequate at the Hidab--comfortable bed and hot water, but a small TV with a complicated tuner badly balanced on top of it. The price was also right. The Internet was down for our two-night stay, with management blaming the problem on Amman, on an "accident" and so forth. When we appeared downstairs with our bags to check...

Friendliest staff you could meet and happy to help in any way they could! Hotel and its rooms were very clean. Food was excellent. We were few people there but we were treated to super food and felt like home. Hotel is situated well out of the town and it's quieter than the hotels downtown (big mess out there). We...

The people who runs this hotel are really friendly, and seem happy to help in many ways. The breakfast was very good, and even when we asked for Arabic dish for breakfast ( foul) they made it for us next day and it was delicious. This is abviously not a luxury hotel, and considering the price we paid its really...

If you would like to experience a lazy hotel this is the place. While the staff is friendly, they obviously have been given directions to not fix anything and pay the lowest wage to staff. Where do I begin. We want to plug the kettle in and the search begins. Most of the plugs are old style plugs that will...
