A must do in Petra to fully leave the beduine experience. Tent are cozy and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and tea is free all day. Nice atmosphere around the fire in the evening with the beduins and the other guest, drinking tea. Wifi and hot water is available after sunset.

Seven Wonders Camp is about 15 minutes drive from the Main Gate of Petra but provides an interesting alternative to staying in a hotel. The camp is within walking distance of the lesser known area of Little Petra, and despite being quite near roads, is sheltered by some interesting rock formations which give a sense of isolation. Lights have been...

The Bedouins were so kind to all of us, and took great care of us. Everyone stayed in tents. It was a bitter cold night, and there was no heat. Electricity was shut off at midnight. But there was a common tent with a fire. Folks went to sing and dance as the locals do. Great experience - one of...

This is one of the things we talk about the most when people ask us about our trip to Jordan. Besides providing a great, unique experience staying with them, they were also incredibly helpful arranging lodging and securing a private driver for our entire time in Jordan (picking us up at the airport, driving to Petra, Dead Sea and elsewhere)....

If you arrive at the camp in the evening like we did, you will see lamps/lights (stars :)) all along the rocks and tents. It is so warm and inviting, you know you are in for an amazing experience. We were greeted with hot tea and a fire as soon as we arrived. They took our bags to our tent...

We stayed one night here and would have been very happy to stay longer! We weren't quite sure what to expect as it was cold weather outside but we were comfy and cozy in our tent. The camp is located right near 'Little Petra'. Not too difficult to get to the main Petra area from there though. We drove ourselves...

One of my favorite things about Jordan was staying at this camp. We were personally welcomed by owner - he is very investing in his guests happiness. I was very impressed with the camp grounds, a beautiful sight with lights in the evening. Twin beds to sleep in and private tents if requests. While the camp is chilly in the...

The camp was one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip of Jordan and Egypt. The tents, the warm comfy beds and the guys themselves were all excellent. Although the nights got chilly, there were hot showers, a big tent with a blazing fire and plenty of blankets on the bed to help keep warm. Food was...

We stayed here for 1 night at the camp while visiting Petra and absolutely loved it. Dinner and Breakfast is really good. There is a small hill next to camp and you can climb up and see the beautiful sunset from there. One the most amazing sunset seen by us. I 100% recommend staying here if you are on the...
