Not really 4 star anymore but the staff were helpful, restaurant was plentiful costing about $30JOD for two, basic food but breakfast did power us for a 20km explore of Petra. Rooms were safe and clean and really warm given that Petra can get pretty cold. Faded former glory but did the job in most respects.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. There was a buffet for dinner at a price for $18 that wasn't really food that I was interested in. The hot food was look warm and the staff offered to make me grilled chicken and fries which I should of taken them up on. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre, but the...

The hotel has a strange layout but nice clean rooms. Very hospitable staff. Great location with . beautiful view. Food just ok. We were there during Christmas, it was very quiet. The site of Petra is a ten minute drive from the hotel and is phenomenal! Also don't miss the Nebi Mussa spring

Panorama Hotel is very tired and rundown with poor food, appears to be understaffed and lacking in amenities. Finding your way around is very confusing with reception on floor 3. the restaurant on floor 2. You then have to descend to floor 0, follow a winding corridor and take another lift down to the rooms on floors 11, 10, 9,...

Our group stayed here for a night..... and I'm glad it's only for 1 night. Like some of the reviews stated... this hotel is a rundown place. Food was bad... not much varieties on the buffet table... my 1st ever time paying for a buffet dinner with NO water...not even drinking water. Was told that will cost me another US$3...

Our group recently stayed at this hotel. It is a nice hotel but somewhat tired. The rooms were okay. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and bathrooms need some upgrading as they were used/ stained/ chipped/ frayed. WiFi was not too good either.

The only good thing about this hotel was the view. It supposedly had a 4 star rating by the Jordanian Tourist Bureau but I am not sure how that ever happened. The room smelled and we did find ashtrays in the room so probably was smoke. The bathroom had tiny, thin bath towels. The food was inadequate in amount and...

This hotel is an expensive cab ride away from Petra. It has worn, stained carpeting, malfunctioning air conditioning and mold/mildew in the bathroom. Very depressing. venue. Barely a one star. We checked out after 1 night even though the tour paid for 2 nights - it was that much of a downer.

I have stayed in Petra Panorama for several times. Every time I came to this place I always see the rocky mountain after breakfast at the dining room. This hotel has a warm hospitality. This hotel has good building. So you can choose this hotel to stay before or after you visit Petra.
