This is a reasonably comfortable place to stay and I rated them at 3.5 stars. The service is good and the employees are friendly and really want to make you feel at home. They serve a hot breakfast but the scrambled eggs appear to be made from powdered eggs (or a similar product) which is less desirable than a real...

Everyone here is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make your stay very enjoyable. The Gals behind the front desk are all very personable, greet you with a big smile and make you feel welcome. Special thanks to Stephanie

A frequent user of this hotel. The staff is exceptional, especially Stephanie and Cindy. Greet me by name every time I visit. Managed by Jenny who ensures all stays are pleasant. My home away from home!

My parents have spent so many nights at the Fairfield Inn over the past 6 years, my young son nicknamed it PePaw's Russellville house. (It has become their home away from home since I don't have cable--my dad is a sports nut, especially during Razorback football season.) The staff is amazing--always going above and beyond to make sure we have...

The hotel stay in Russellville, Arkansas was definitely made enjoyable by the staff that always went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The free breakfast every morning was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, my stay was memorable due to the hotel staff. The entire staff seemed to bend over backwards to help...

The staff here made my family and I feel like family. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The newly renovated rooms are great as well. Mobile check-in also helped make the process so simple when we arrive. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Upon check in the guest services representative was rude and refused to give us the upgrade we requested as Platinum Elite members. She Informed us that no upgrades were available. We asked if we could be upgraded the following day and she informed us that many of the guest were extended stay and that no Suites would be available for...

Dear Craig, I am very sorry we were not able to accommodate you with a suite being a Platinum member but that is all based on availability at check in. Unfortunately all of our suites were already occupied/reserved as I stated to you at check in. What you maybe overheard at the front desk was me communicating with the next...

Very Quiet, great beds, friendly staff. Nice selections for breakfast. Window view is non existent, LOL. However, the hotel has a few problems that need to be fixed before they can achieve the next level. The shower curtain side of the shower curtain assembly was torn, stiff and took too much work to keep water from the floor. Also, while...

The Fairfield in is the best hotel in Russellville. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice friendly staff, very good breakfast. The hotel is renovating all of the rooms in batches. I am currently staying in one of the newly renovated rooms. Fresh paint, carpet, bedding and bathrooms. Excellent room.

We stopped here after 8 hours on the road and got the last room available. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and very courteous as she explained the room amenities as well as the breakfast and checkout times. Awesome room... very clean and recently renovated. I've stayed in many hotels over the last 40 years and I can...
