Was there only one night. The hotel has a beautiful exterior: large garden and pool. The rooms are in small "houses" with private small terrace. Decoration is old fashion but everything is clean. Since I was in there for business not having wifi in the room was a bit complicated. The food was ok but yet disappointing for a 4 stars... More

My family stayed in the self catering rooms. The quality of the finishings in the rooms were very poor. The bathroom fixtures were not secured. A hand shower was installed in the bathroom on a wall with no drainage. The bathroom door could not lock. The door to the unit could not lock. The skirting boards were in different colours.... More

This was the worst accommodation I have ever had. I only wanted to stay one evening as we attended a wedding at the Black Horse Brewery. it was rather expensive and I expected great accommodation. This was not to be. Not to mention breakfast the next morning. There was very little on the table. Coffee was not available getting served... More

Room rented night 29/10/2016 for a wedding taking place in vicinity. Check in service was very average, was given a room not yet fully serviced. There had been a conference for preceding nights, and the non conference guests could not get breakfast morning 29/10/2016. The room for the price was very average in need of a makeover. Pillows on bed... More

I booked at this useless establishment a week ago for a romantic stay this weekend, however despite having a booking confirmation, when I called today just to confirm they could arrange the spa treatments I requested, I was told I had no booking. They have an issue & someone would call me back. I sent them my booking confirmation only... More

We stayed at Magalies "Manor" for two nights with our children for a National Mtb event in a self catering chalet. Although the chalet was clean and comfortable it was definitely not 4 star and not worth the money we payed. Prior to booking at Magalies Manor I tried to find pictures on the net that would give me a... More

On Sat 17/09/2016 we arrived at Magalies Manor resort, only to find that there had been a mishap due to a technical update error. We were told to wait at the bar while the manager on duty followed up on the situation for us. When she returned we were informed that the accommodation was fully booked due to a fairly... More
