The most perfect location to stay overlooking the lake in Pushkar. It is relaxing and homely, the staff are very accommodating and the rooms and rooftop area are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Would definitely recommend
We arrived at 6 a.m. at the place. And we were welcomed like kings! The mother of the owners (a lady and his brother) opened us and gave us place to rest, thick blankets included. She even made us masala chai (ginger tea). Later, after...More

This is the BEST place to soak up the magical atmosphere of Pushkar. Watch life on the ghats from the balconies or listen to chanting, gongs and singing.

We stayed here in February this year - the room we had was large and did have a double bed, not 2 singles pushed together, not sure exactly what size it was but more like a thinnish mattress on top of a wooden frame. The only issue we had was getting sheets - we had to ask for sheets and the ones we ended up with were too small for the bed! The staff there curiously didn't have a concept of a top sheet. But that was our room it may well be that all the rooms are a little different - so it is hard to say generally.
Having said this, the hotel is in a fantastic location and overall we were pretty happy. I would suggest it is more a backpackers than a 5 star, but then I figure you know this already. It is a little hard to advise as everyone has different expectations - we normally stay in more upmarket places but I would consider staying here again, it was clean, the food was OK and it certainly has character!
