Stayed for one night in the hotel. Pro: 1. Room arrangements and standards are okay. 2. Nice swimming pool, although being winter, not able to use it. But its open for all as per timings. 3. Walking distance from Brahma Mandir OR Pushkar lake. 4. Make use of local transportation to travel. Requires a bit of waiting sometimes to get...

When we arrived at Nav Ratan Palace, we weren't made welcome at all. The man behind the reception desk and his helper were so rude and very unhelpful. They wouldn't even look us in the eye. They just looked like they really hated there job. The room was average, of course its a budget hotel so its nothing spectacular but...

This place has a nice pool and garden retreat and is very close to the bazaars. Though the only downsides probably were that the rooms were basic with solid, hard mattresses and pillows that would give you back and neck pain. Our cabinet had stains all over it and our toilet was horrible because there was a small hole in...

I had a terrible experience here, firstly the man taking our passport details kept writing our information in the wrong boxes, over and over again; this took 20 minutes which wouldn't have been so bad had he not been rude. He then blatantly lied to us and told us that the minimum stay was 3 nights... What?! On top of...

Room was hilarious, old built.Gate of bathroom was cheap and loose.Bathroom size was very small. Mattress was so hard that could cause you back pain. Food and pool were nice. The best thing is that it is very very close to Brahma Temple.

The staff at this hotel are the rudest people i have encountered on any of my travels. From the second we walked through the door they were rude. At one point they actually clicked their fingers at us to hurry up when asking for WiFi password. Every encounter with staff feels like you are bothering them. You cannot see the...

This place is a dump, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The staff are so unbelievably rude as soon as we checked in, I couldn't wait to check out. One staff member actually clicked his fingers at me to hurry up when I asked for the wifi password and was getting my phone out of my bag. Rooms are...

Stayed here over Holi, room was good quality, pool and gardens very nice. The restaurant serves food to the poolside and garden, very nice to have breakfast and chai there in the morning. I'd recommend it as a quiet and relaxing place to stay in Pushkar.
