Lela's Tavern is one of the finest options in kardamili. The sea is just around you, the service is friendly and quick, the food is delicious. The menu is written on blackboards in the entrance, a wide variety of plates with vegetables, meat and fish, traditional Greek cuisine with local fresh additions. At the moment, it opens after 18,00

Superb location overlooking the sea. Service was good. No printed menu. Food good but not exceptional. Quite pricey. TripAdvisor said permanently closed but definitely open in May 2017. Would come again.

In this part of Greece you should not pay € 4,-- for a small Bottle of beer. If the waitress forget to give you the change back, and gave you 1 bill of a small coffee instead of 2 beers, you do not have a good feeling...🤔😒🤔 No second time here!

Not a wide range of dishes, but enough variety for several visits. The view is one of the best in the area. Nice historical connection with Patrick Lee Fermor. The stews and moussaka are recommended. Book early during peak season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lela's, Coco Mat beds were the most comfortable we found in our 3-week trip to Greece. Overlooking a rocky cove, just steps from a swimmable pier, we could have stayed here forever. Lela's tavern is something of a local institution, a great mix of locals, expats and tourists every evening. Georgios, the owner, was...

Starters and mains delivered all together. Roast lamb was very tough and tasted of vinegar and roast potatoes were hardly roasted. Never before have we eaten lamb in a Greek restaurant where it didn't fall apart and fall off your fork. No one asked if everything was ok. It's a busy restaurant, not sure why. The staff aren't very friendly...

It is not 5 star, but it is the best location in the whole town. One could easily spend months here. Food at restaurant is good, but there are many other restaurants around that are equally good. Room is spacious and clean, basic but comfortable. The aircon works! Take a kettle along to make your own coffee (they can not...

Recommend it for its rooms and food. Wonderfull view over the Mediterainan from everywhere at Lelas. Fantastic service. Breakfast at the neighbor bar with the same view. Nothing to hesitate about if you are close.

We were recommended Lela's tavern primarily for the location. However, as we arrived in the evening and couldn't enjoy the magnificent view we enjoyed the food. The owners were pleasant and chatted with us while we waited for a couple of minutes for the table. The Mani sausage was SO delicious! We also had the eggplant salad and grilled sardines...

A lovely restaurant in Kardamili. The restaurant overlooks the sea and has some lovely views in the evening as the sun sets behind the mountains to the West. The food was very good - someone in the kitchen (perhaps Lela herself) cares about what they send out. the prices are in line with other places. Service was excellent we never...
