This is a beautiful clean Hotel set on a hill. Our room was spacious with a balcony that overlooked both up and down the hill/stairs. The bathroom was fine but the shower was on the small side. Their was an elevator and breakfast room. The room had a closet, drawers, small table, chair, tv, and phone. Breakfast was plentiful. On... More

The Grand Sarai was wonderful! It's tucked into a quiet corner but right in the center of town. We were able to walk everywhere and the hotel was always close enough to stop by if we needed a break. There's a lovely little outdoor patio where we had coffee/tea breaks. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. Breakfast is... More

We spent 4 days here. There are about 45 steps to the front door. The hotel is a boutique in every sense of the word. Located in old town, but throughly modern. Fantastic staff, fantastic breakfast, great soft beds. Nice showers. The expensive rooms are on the top floor with a view of the town. We stayed in the second... More

Parking can be a problem, but once you have dragged your cases up the street, you enter a lovely old building that has had its interior re-modeled with taste and flair. We had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the port. The large bed was especially comfortable. We had to leave very early for a flight, but the lady... More

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in September at this hotel. Great location (though a bit of a climb with the luggage, but that is the case throughout the town) in the heart of historic Nafplio, within walking distance of the Palimidi and Bourtzi fortresses as well as the port. Great tavernas line the nearby streets. We had a... More

Very well converted old palace, wonderful taste in decorations etc. Lift. We had junior suite with balcony and views, lovely. In old town, so near everything, but wonderfully quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Car access to just a few steps away, parking relatively nearby. Not the cheapest but well worth it.

This is a nice hotel in the old part of Nafplio so is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot. Unfortunately you can't drive to the hotel, we parked our hire car on the waterfront a 10 minute walk away so it's best to take as little luggage as possible. The room was a good size and very clean... More

We had a lovely air conditioned room on the third floor with fantastic views of the harbour, The facilities were excellent, great shower and the O live shampoos ,body washes and moisturiser a real bonus. But it was breakfast that this hotel really excels, What was not available on display was not worth having. The beautiful arrangements of cakes, fruit, yogurts,... More

We stayed two night in this hotel. The room that we booked was the standard room and it was more than enough. The hotel, a very elegant and protected local traditional architecture building, has been renovated with taste, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was made of good materials, and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast buffet gives you the... More

In the old town part of Nafplio. Close to the ocean, shopping and the old fort. Breakfast was excellent. Would have loved to have stayed several nights to explore Nafplio but we were using this as a base to go one to Mycenae the next day.
