Stayed here when attended a wedding in nearby Castle Oliver. It was amazing - palatial rooms, beautiful bed linens and furniture, and the best breakfast in Ireland. Imelda even shared her recipe for homemade granola with us (served with rhubarb compote). Cathryn Costello
