After traveling for 16 hours (the last 3 hours of which were in a bad rain storm), we were greeted at 1am with a warm welcome and a smile from the front desk staff. We chose this hotel based on recent reviews and were not disappointed. The room was clean, and updated (lots of places to recharge our electronics) and the beds were comfy. The morning staff (front desk and food servers) were just as friendly when we had breakfast the next morning. We will definitely stay here again.
Had a wonderful stop over in Van Buren. There were tornadoes in the area and Faith at the front desk was amazing! She kept everyone calm. Spotless room and nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area!
We decided to stay here on our road trip. We called in for a better price since I’m a diamond member. Scott was very helpful and kind. He gave us a nice room at a good price. The room itself was clean and comfortable. When we checked out, Kevin, the manager waited on us. He was extremely nice to us. He asked how everything was and made sure we had the best possible experience, which we did. The hotel is easily accessible from I-40 at Exit 5. We would definitely stay here again
On a road trip and planned on driving further but bad storms in Oklahoma so we picked this Hampton in Arkansas. The staff when we checked in could not do enough for us - so friendly. Good breakfast buffet with all the usuals - cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, eggs etc. Comfortable beds and pillows.
We spent a couple days just for R&R in Ft. Smith area -- getting acquained with the area. The hotel was nice and clean, staff attentive, & rates excellent with points (15,000 Hyatt Honors points which are comparable to 7,500 points in other chains because HH points have about half the value of most other chains, so 15000 points is a bargain!). Enjoyed the afternoon & evening cookies -- yummy quality! Breakfast hours are liberal = 6-10am. We appreciated the extra long time frame. Good menu, good food. Would have preferred steel-cut oatmeal (because traditional oatmeal is gooey/slimy when left in the large containers) -- but there were nuts and raisins to make it more palatable. 24-hour coffee/tea available, which is nice. There were 3 flavors of coffee creamer and plain powdered creamer available = would like to have liquid half/half instead of so many flavors offered. The hotel has moved on from the Covid hysteria, which we appreciated. Would have appreciated access to a safe = none in room, & front desk also had none available for guest use.…
The room was clean and beautiful. The shower had good water pressure and very soft beds. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome and the scones were a nice addition to the lovely breakfast.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. King room. Nice sitting area. Clean bathroom and room. Appreciated hand sanitizers at every table in breakfast area. All people at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast was typical. Lady was prompt about refilling food and supplies.
scott and jacob and great front desk people🚀 i’m so glad our track team got to stay here before our state track meet. it is so nice and we had a bunch of fun! there is also a nice breakfast area! 🏃♀️
Scott and Jacob were super helpful! Best hotel front desk people ever. Very nice rooms. Nice breakfast and staff. Rooms were clean and very modern. Had a good variety of snacks and food available as well as complimentary water. Highly suggest this hotel.
The front desk clerk Cameron was such a nice young man with well manners and the manager Kevin was doing an amazing job helping his staff! Amazing rooms and a really soft bed were really welcoming and the bathrooms look brand new! 10/10 would stay again.
