Friends of ours got married here and we decided to stay at the hotel, fabulous location. Breathtaking views of the lake and the couple we even lucky enough to get married in the gazebo. Room was fine, fell view, little bit stuffy think the heating had been on too high. Didn't really spend too much time in the room as...

A private room overlooking the lake was booked for a family celebration. The 3 course lunch was excellent, beautifully presented and all tasted delicious. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. After lunch we were able to walk in the grounds and then relax in the comfortable lounge for the rest of the afternoon. Highly recommended.

We booked a 1 night dinner, bed and breakfast stay in a balcony lake view room with our dog. The price is on the higher side but It was worth it. It was an extra £10 to take her which is fine as they can stay in any room which is a nice not to be in a inferior room...

Arrived at around 15.00pm after walking in the lakes, The hotel is set in a spectacular setting, lake on one side, the hills on the other side. The room was great(ask for a lake view room) it was like looking at a painting every time you looked out of the window. Afternoon tea was great sitting by the log fire....
