My family really enjoyed staying here. Very nice, clean, spacious room. Great location on the water. The swimming pool is on a deck overlooking the water and is well maintained.. Helpful, friendly staff. 10 minutes from downtown Victoria.
We stayed here for three nights during a visit to Victoria. This motel has two floors and is spread out with two buildings. The complimentary breakfast area was okay with outside seating with nice view of the inlet and sunrise. This is the first place...More
We were not impressed with this hotel. The thing that bothered us most was the smell of our room, like state cigarette smoke although we had a non smoking room. The morning breakfast offering was very limited without any hot food. The only eating places...More
Pool was lovely overlooking the Gorge Waterway. Breakfast was satisfactory, very good selection. Room was large, a little tired, but very clean. Good location. Friendly knowledgable staff. Price reasonable. Air con worked well, away from the street, so not noisy.

I would recommend the Pacific Coach Lines or renting a vehicle in Vancouver and take the ferry over to Swartz Bay. I find most people who are visiting Victoria like the freedom of having a car to see more of the island. There is public transportation, however, this may limit you to specific place you would like to visit while you are on the Island. We hope you have a fantastic cruise! We look forward to your visit with us. Safe journeys, Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, Victoria, BC.
