We have been camping here now for probably 10 years so I thought I might write a review. It is the best campground here in my opinion . it's centrally located to all the attractions in the park. Two Rivers store, opeongo Lake for canoe rental, hiking trails, the Visitors Center, ans of course Wildlife viewing. I've actually seen more...

My wife and I spent a week a Pog Lake and it was fantastic. We got really lucky with some beautiful weather. Had an electric site close to the bath house for easy access but far enough away to enjoy some privacy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, there was always firewood available and trash and recycling was easy to access...

Extremely well maintained facilities, washrooms which are close by to most camping sites are cleaned daily. Great showers kept very clean. There's laundry machines which came in very handy half way through our camping trip. Id suggest booking in advance as alot of the great spots are taken early on by the campers who go there yearly. We got to...

My family has been going to Algonquin for the past 6 years. The park in itself is gorgeous at any season. With plenty of wildlife & beautiful foliage. There's plenty to do like canoeing, trekking, swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by a campfire. The staff are friendly & helpful. We've been camping at Pog Lake three years now. The only...

Best site in the park Kearny! Small hill to water, amazing view. One of the nicest sites in the park!!!private beach that can only be accessed by campers on site 126. Great to bring up and leave canoes right on site! Beautiful tall pines. Beach is nice. Can't wait to go back!!!

There's no denying Algonquin is a huge, wonderful park, with dozens of accessible lakes for canoeing and kayaking, plus wonderful backcountry opportunities. But the quiet (no radios or pets) section of Pog Lake Campground is right beside the busy Highway 60, and our site (212) was closest of all! (It was also the only site on any campground in the...

Like many Provincial Park campgrounds this one is well organized and well maintained. The sites are reasonably private for a large campground. The noise level is ok at night (from other campers). There is not a great deal to do on site other than camp and perhaps some paddling on plan lake. The comfort station was well taken care of...

Pog Lake and nearby (across the street) Kearney Lake campgrounds are quiet, calm and beautiful. They have nice shaded sites and decent privacy. The campground is well located within the Park to permit easy travel to numerous day hikes, sites and activities.

I loved this place. Great place for family. Nice calm waters. I would recommend this place for any family. Good fishing. I caught a couple of trouts. Going back there in 4 weeks for another camping. Good clean washrooms.

Very nice campsite, extremely calm and peaceful. Camp spot are far from each other, and you have the feeling to be close to nature! Lake is nice too! Showers are ok, not the best shape though, but correct for a quick refreshment. Nights were good there, with a lot of animals heard

“Choose a site near the bathroom. If you are only staying there for 1 or 2 nights, ask for the non-reservable sites. They will show you what's available then you can have your choice once you physically look at them.”
