Stayed here with my son and husband in sept 2015. Great spot, lots of stuff to do. I would recommend renting a canoe and going out on the lake! Lots are private and very large! My husband was up early one more and saw a large male moose walk through the park :) made his trip!

Our first time and we managed to get one of the last campsites in the entire park for Thanksgiving weekend. Good points is that it has hot showers and good toilets, close to main park shop, clean sites and great staff. Bad points are highway noise, camper noise and total lack of privacy. It was +23C when we arrived and...

We were on a 4 month long rv trip. This was one of the last campgrounds of the trip and as tired as we were, we found the park to be a delight. We were able to hike and bike on a rails-to-trails trail that went between lakes with no problems whatsoever. This is high on my list of recommended...

Spent 3 nights over Labour Day weekend here. Clean beautiful campgrounds, the staff of Ontario Parks are helpful and very friendly. Will definitely return. If there is one complaint I have and it has nothing to do with the campground but with some campers who despite the hard work of the staff, are so rude to just constantly throw toilet...

Time was great, like all provincial parks, its more about the people you go with! But damn some of the views from the surrounding hiking trails and lakes and forestry are something I have never seen in the city. Can see the milky way! beautiful at night! Great rock firepit! lol, seemed cool. Good amount of space. Flat grounds, not...

Stayed late August 2016. Lots of warnings of bear safety upon arrival, even had to sign a waiver, that said except for a raccoon at night we had no wildlife issues in the campground. One major surprise was that we had absolutely no mosquitos in the campground to the point that we didn't even bother to setup our eating shelter....

We arrived at the campground on a Friday afternoon, and our first impression was that the campground was extremely busy. We camped at site #211 for the first night, which had little privacy (i.e. neighbours on either side, and front and in back). We could literally hear our neighbour snoring and everything they were saying inside their tent. For the...

Camped at Lake of two rivers at Algonquin Park. Luv this area for camping - we saw bears, moose n other animals. Beautiful. They have so much to offer for kids, family events. Great place to camp. Highly recommend it to go once. Won't be disappointed.
