We just got back from our family vacation and we all had a great time. This was our first time as club members visiting. Our butler Matos was fantastic, he definitely made our time there more memorable. Always available and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. Over all the resort was great, very clean and always felt safe. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I took our daughter there for her birthday and that was the best decision, we all loved the place, the food, drinks and special the staff waoo what a services EXCELLENT !!!! there are too many names to mention Ana Felix, Stephanie the coctel server, Galactico, Hector, Dalmin, Nathanael, the ladies from the caffe resta, activities staff and more that I can remember their names. The all made our vacation special, Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Urena's Family!!!

Our trip was amazing. Super friendly staff The servers are amazing. Enrique and Radi took care of us in most of the Resturant and they were AMAZING. Marlene was an so attentive to all our needs. The food was very very good. And the shows for the kids were great. Thank you nick resorts for such an amazing time.

Best vacation i ever had specially with my family, staff was great from beginning to end...so many name to mention from this resort, big pool my bartender luis and his partners, from the water park all lifeguards from angel,david,roberto,robert miguel the supervisor,bartenders from there jose #1 and miguel, our driver nathanael great treatment all the time we need it him,from the restaurants our good friends sky,galastico and the rest of the staff,our good friend stephanie the bartender...everybody from this resort have our respect...god bless them all keep the good work 🙏🙏
