Stayed on a Thursday and Friday night, the hotel had a lot of work men using it as a base but this did not effect the stay, just the amount of white vans in the car park. The staff were very friendly, helpful and greeted you with a smile at whatever time you came through the door. The bedroom was...

We arrived later than expected but were greeted cheerfully, all was good in the room , We decide to stay another night and were advised to go back and book online as it would be cheaper ! Not a big deal but why? We were already ther !

Pleasant staff and handy to the A30 for getting around, just very dissapointed with the attatched Brewers Fayre restaurant, dirty cutlery made us think twice about eating there but there is a good pub not far away called the Blue Anchor with pleasant staff good basic food and cheaper than Brewers Fayre

Since there were not many vegetarian options available in the restaurant, we had our own Noodles but we could not warm it up as there are no microwaves available in any premier inn and the staff can not use the one they have for their use. Holiday inns and all major hotel chains do provide atleast one microwave. It's high...

Well located area, not far from everything everything seems to be between 7-15 miles away from where we wanted to go. We didn't expect Father Christmas would be around on Christmas Eve for Breakfast in the restaurant so my kids had a real treat to that one especially my 3 year old

You always know what to expect with a Premier Inn, a dependable night sleep with a clean room and comfortable bed. That's exactly what you get here. Unfortunately the hotel exterior and reception/common areas are grim and not inviting
