Although the location and staff of the Luxe Hotel were excellent the physical aspects of the building itself pose serious issues for guests. I will enumerate. First, the rear elevator was continually broken ( then repaired badly) so that on the final day of our stay it did not work at all. This necessitated using the stairs to go up...

My friend and I arrived at the LUXE Hotel on April 15 to April 20. The hotel is the ONLY hotel located right on Rodeo Drive. We found ourselves saying OMG each time we walked onto that famed street. Nor did our rooms disappoint, my Queen size bed was deliciously comfortable, the room spacious, clean and well serviced each day....

Dear Bettina M, Thank you sincerely for your kind words. Being the only Hotel on Rodeo Drive is a true advantage but hearing that the team made your experience in Beverly Hills even more memorably is very pleasing. I will be sure to share this with the team. On behalf of the Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel family, we look forward...

We stayed 3 nights, nice clean hotel a tad overpriced. The air conditioner was so loud it helped block all the noise from the construction work next door. The shower had the worse water of any hotel that we have ever stayed in. It took 10 minutes to get it to a decent heat, either to cold or too hot....

We stayed one night at Luxe Hotel after a recommendation from a friend. The hotel seems to be the only hotel around the area and it's quite odd to walk out of the hotel onto Rodeo Drive. The rooms are small, but nice and you can walk to catch the tourist bus that takes you around LA. We did manage...

Ultra noisy, construction site in the back alley from 7 am, including Sundays! Terrible room service. They got the order wrong at least 3 different times. Things we didn't order and still got charged for. Room service manager said he would take care of it yet when checking out, we still had to pay for those items in full. Needless...

We had checked in to another hotel in Beverly Hills and discovered they did not have bed boards nor film mattresses. In addition, the halls and room were dreary. In fact, things didn't look too clean. I checked Trip Advisor and found the Luxe Rodeo Drive hotel and a good quote for a room at the last minute. My wife...

The Luxe Rodeo Drive is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and a fairly big price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but small, Great location if you shop on Rodeo Drive. Very pricey coffee on the front patio was $12USD for 2 cups!! and it wasn't great.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
