We stayed in an upper floor motel room and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well appointed. There was no view of the lake, but there was a nice view of the pool and hot tub. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and we even received free tickets to the Cave for their Saturday evening... More

This is a small but beautiful place. We went up for a wedding which was beautiful and cozy. The cottages are small but cute with a full kitchen and living room area. The bathroom was kinda weird and small but worked fine. I also got to visit the hotel rooms and they are a standard size with a fireplace very... More

This was a horrible experience. Had an emergency in the middle of the first night went to use the room phone to call 911 and it's a restricted call. The next day when I go in the office to ask I was told "oh you just need to call the office and we can call for you". I can assure... More

Our room was dirty, full of cobwebs, dirty handprints on everything, and we had to even call for towels.

Overall a pretty good experience. Office staff was cool, and helpful. Room/cottage was a bit cramped, but had all the items you need to get through multiple day stay. Bathroom was way tight, and you had to make a reservation to get in....:) Fireplace was great, bed was super comfy, but the fold out couch, no way, thank goodness my... More

I stayed here with my family for 3 days recently. When we got there it seemed really nice, it looked like the pictures from the outside and the location was great. When I checked in the front desk people weren't too friendly. When we got in the room it was very small! I'm guessing chalet means small. My kids are... More

We got a groupon for a two night stay at this place. It was very clean and while the rooms weren't big or luxurious, they were nicely appointed and had everything you would need. Also, good location (easy to find, easy to park, close to everything). The outside look like little cabins, which is cute. The only down side really... More

We didn't stay at the resort but went to the Wine Room for the entertainment which is available only on ThFSS. This is basically a wine bare with beer available and assorted appetizers to pair with the wine. Although they had a wide variety of wines available, they are attempting to become a winery and planted vines in 2012. Once... More

“Pros: close to the Village, small fridge/freezer combo and a stove. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: very small bathroom with no kind of lighting in tile shower, which made it dark. A 3 drawer very small dresser in the bedroom with only enough from for one persons things. Front desk staff not friendly and not helpful and are rude to their employees.”

“The chalets have a separate bedroom and a kitchen area- but they are on the smaller side so two per room is best.”
