This campground is one of the best we have visited. The location is great, close enough to town yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The campground host is really great -- always sweet and personable. We love this place!!

We've been here several times. So, this place has special meaning to us because it's ALWAYS WONDERFUL!!! Stacy is SOOOO ACCOMODATING!!! She goes OUT OF HER WAY to make sure we are happy there every time!!! We know several people that are repeat customers time and time again. I love how the sites are set up all in a row... More

Unable to find a camping site in Mammoth Lakes on a holiday weekend, I drove down further south and found this location. Campground has a stream flowing through the property with spaced RV/tent sites on either side of the stream. Snagged one of the last available spots near the end of the property (a slight hike to the restroom facilities)... More

Stopped here in mid March and only 2 others in campground. Had the pick of many sites. No sewer hookup but water and electricity on. Washrooms were clean but no hot water at time. Clean and well maintained campground. Good trails at back end of campground over small stream. BEWARE that there is an archery club to the right side... More

So I have to admit that I haven’t done that much tent camping in California, but I found this campground a really nice place to stay in exploring the Eastern Sierra. The thing I liked best about this place is the stream running through the center of the campground. It is beautiful and practical because you don’t hear your neighbors!... More

Just got back from staying at Browns Millpond campground 10/31/15. This being their off season we had the place to our self's. Pick your spot and enjoy..I liked being nearly alone here. They close after Thanksgiving for the season. Place is old school no black dump on camp site or in park as they had the park dump locked off.... More

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures touring group for 1 night. I loved this places, very clean, quiet, stunning location surrounded by trees and mountains and the campground had its own store for extra food/drink etc. I would highly recommend this campground for anyone from couples to families.

This is one of the best campgrounds. Beautiful setting with tall trees and a little creek running through it. Even in the heat, it stays nice and cool in the shade. Off the beaten path. The Manager is SUPERA!

We picked this one from the three of the Brown's campgrounds and what a gem. Close to town but far enough to be that out away feeling. A quaint little place with a small creek running through with big trees and lots of grass. There are limited electric hookups so reservations in the busy time would be advised as now... More
