Rooms are indeed small and old, but it is clean. Refrigerator is a necessity for our road trips, downside was no coffee maker in the room. Price is good for the area. Town is small and old too, but Twenty Mule cafe is only a block away.

Keep in mind that I'm talking about a motel that was probably built 60 years ago and is located in the middle of nowhere. I usually avoid these old motels for various reasons but I had a long drive that day and needed a place to just lay down and sleep since I had to be up early in the...

No complaints at all - everything was nice and neat and very clean - nothing fancy for this place but we will be back - perfect for one night when you are tired and home is too far :) A/c unit was a little loud but that didn't bother us ...

We arrived for a two day trip. My father who is handicap made a reservation for the handicap room one month prior to our trip. The manager or receptionist who took our reservations did NOT put it into their booking. My dad was very upset at paying for a room that he did NOT get. Plus the rooms were filthy....

This place is not a good place to hang your hat. It's not clean or nice in any way. We are not fussy travelers, including third world countries, so if we can't stand it, it says something. The general neighborhood leaves much to be desired, and that's not the Hotel's fault, but the Hotel fits the neighborhood, if you know...

If you are a traveler searching for a home away from home this is your stay of choice. Clean rooms, perfectly equipped and spacious, wonderful friendly staff. Great restaurant next door. I suggest to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper my wife woke up during the night while I was happily sleeping.

Very nice, we liked it. Clean bathroom, and nice bed and sheets. Towels are clean. Good price $50 for two. Good WiFi, secure with a PW, and 48 Mbps. Trains, I love them, but once your asleep you never hear them. Room 6 and 7 are where we stayed. Staff friendly. Across the street is a small Air Force Museum...

the last occupants used soap was left in the shower as well as hairs. Stayed in room 1 - heard trains all night and some jerk kept banging on our room door and running to the field across the street then screaming 'suck a ....' and 'show me your ti..ies' the manager was unaffected and unapologetic .

I wanted to get as close to Edwards Air Force Base as possible for the last shuttle landing Sept 20, 2012. Last time I had business at EdwardsAFB/Dryden Flight Research Center, I stayed in Palmdale, an hour away, due to the poor reviews (dangerous neighborhoods, etc.) near some of the closer town hotels. Plus, I didn't want an hour's drive...

Super cute motel deep in the high desert. Has a great small roadside motel vibe. Nice clean rooms, very friendly owners. Walking distance to the best restaurant around (Domingo's). And Boron is, in its way, a beautiful little town.
