We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed morning coffee and morning yoga on the private patio - plus, a late night single malt under the stars. Breakfast was excellent. Also enjoyed an early morning swim in pool as the sun rose.

Once again, Gwen and Rich at Borrego Valley Inn have provided a relaxed getaway in Borrego Springs. They continue to upgrade the rooms and outdoor patios. You can't help but enjoy the quiet hospitality. Check out the state park services for guided hikes and other opportunities.

This hotel is great! Wonderful atmosphere--very much like a house in Santa Fe, NM. I sat on my private patio for 4 hours one night stargazing and absorbing the quiet of the desert. Everything was comfortable and clean and although I didn't sample the breakfast buffet, it looked very good and fresh. When I return to Borrego Springs, I'll also...

My return to this place was as pleasant as it was a few years ago. The desert landscaping in the patio and a large, comfortable room with a gas fireplace provided a comfortable home. Breakfast in the morning typically provided good options for the kind of light breakfast I wanted, but also had plenty for those who prefer a bigger...

My husband used to come to Borrego as a teenager (to collect snakes and lizards--not in the park, however) and we camped here on our honeymoon. Borrego Valley Inn is a significant step up! We loved everything--our room, the comfy bed, the fireplace, the staff and especially the breakfast. I mentioned one morning that lights were out by the back...

Thanks so much for visiting, and we are pleased you found your experience pleasing. We love your characterization --"a beautiful place in a beautiful place." Thanks for capturing it! And we're so glad you got to...

We've stayed in various places in Borrego Springs over the years but this is the best by far. We camped for four nights and then spent two more at the inn.The rooms and grounds are charming, the owners and staff gracious and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. There is a resident roadrunner and many birds around the site. It...

How nice you could combine the best of all possible worlds on your recent visit to Borrego Springs -- camping in the pristine desert wilderness and then "camping" at the Inn to enjoy a few creature comforts.
