What a beautiful area to camp! The redwoods are breathtaking. Clean grounds, not to crowded, clean bathrooms made for a wonderful weekend of exploring. Close to town for supplies & restaurants. Many trails to choose from in the area for the beginners and advanced hikers....More

Both cell phone reception and wifi are not reliable in the park except near the entrance by the Ranger Station, Gift Shop, and Cafe. Best to save battery by turning on airplane mode so you can still access your camera... More

Yes pets are allowed at Big Basin Redwoods State Park and in our tent cabins. However most of the trails in the park do not allow pets so it makes it rather challenging for guests that want to visit and hike the redwoods as... More
