Redwood Motel is a clean, quiet, and comfortable motel with friendly staff. We are nestled in the high sierra, north-end of Bridgeport, and at the corner of Twin Lakes Road and Main Street. Our non-smoking rooms (some allowing pets) include a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, air-conditioning, Directv on flat-screen TV's, and free internet access. Guests enjoy the BBQ access in the common area and relaxing in our gazebo. Fisher-people appreciate the fish cleaning center and the ability to store and/or freeze their catch with the supplies and freezer provided. We are pet-friendly (as Lucas, the Owners dog, could express) but also set-aside rooms that have never allowed pets for those with allergies. Also provided is a morning snack (juice and pastry) to get you started on your day.

Reserved a room here two nights before our arrival, when we found out that even tho we had a reservation at another place in Bridgeport, it was not going to be honored. Good thing I called to confirm. The Redwood was clean and comfortable.

My brother and I stayed here 10-1-18 to 10-4-18. It reminded me of my grandmother's house in Washington State. It was warm and cozy, a little small and unlevel, and very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, a thermostat that worked well, a small...More

It does not have to be new. It does not have to be fancy. But it must be clean. And just the standard of cleaning is the biggest problem with Redwood Motel. I have been to countless motels in southwest US, but I can not...More
